Senior Pastor Dennis Friesen

Dennis joined the pastoral leadership team of DBC in 2005.  He committed his life to follow Jesus  as a teen and as a college student he pursued a calling to pastoral ministry.  Dennis has received his formal training through Briercrest College (BRE, 1983) and A.C.T.S. (MDiv, 1993) and has grown in his love and commitment to seeing lives changed through a personal encounter with God through the Bible.  Dennis and his wife, Faith, have three children, and they are very grateful to call Dalmeny their home and to be a part of DBC.Email Dennis

Youth Pastor Dave Cornelius

Dave joined our staff in August 2009 to work alongside youth in our church and community.  He is currently working on his BA in Religious Studies through Briercrest’s Distance Learning. Dave became a Christian at the age of 18 and loves to talk about what God is doing in his life, and also really enjoys hearing about what God is doing in others lives.  Dave and his wife Larisa are very excited to be a part of the DBC family and also very excited to see God at work. Email Dave.

Office Secretary Marilyn Harder 

Marilyn has been organizing the office and bridging the lines of communication between staff, church and community since 1988.  We aren’t really sure what we would do without her! Over the years Marilyn has also been very active helping with both women’s and children’s ministries and she recently became the church custodian.  In each area she serves the Lord with gladness.  Dalmeny has been home to Marilyn for almost her entire life.
